Clinic Registration and Subscription 2.1 Registration Process: Clinics must complete the registration form accurately, providing truthful information about their practitioners and services. 2.2 Subscription Plans: Virtual Triage offers different subscription plans based on the number of practitioners in a clinic. The clinic is responsible for selecting the appropriate plan during the registration process.
Data Security and Compliance 3.1 HIPAA Compliance: Clinics acknowledge and agree to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient health information. 3.2 GDPR Compliance: Clinics operating in the European Union or handling EU citizens' data must adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Virtual Triage ensures data protection, and clinics are expected to comply with GDPR requirements.
Account Creation and Practitioner Information 4.1 Account Credentials: After subscription confirmation, Virtual Triage will create accounts for each listed practitioner, and login credentials will be provided to the clinic for distribution. 4.2 Practitioner Information: Clinics are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about each practitioner, including their name, phone number, email, and specialty.
Appointments and E-Prescriptions 5.1 E-Prescriptions: Practitioners can generate electronic prescriptions through the platform, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Payments and Transactions 6.1 Stripe Integration: All transactions, including subscription fees and practitioner payments, are processed through the Stripe payment gateway integrated into the Virtual Triage platform.
Termination of Services: Virtual Triage reserves the right to terminate services to a clinic in case of non-compliance with these terms or any illegal or unethical activities.
Governing Law 8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
Changes to Terms: Virtual Triage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clinics will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Payment Guidelines
Fees:You agree to pay all fees due for services
provided through the Platform. Fees are subject to change at any
time at our sole discretion.
Billing: We use a third-party payment processor
to bill you for services provided through the Platform. By
choosing to use these services, you agree to pay us, through our
payment processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for
any use of such services in accordance with the applicable payment
terms.
Refunds:All payments are non-refundable except as
required by law.
